2 just bought Xbox one and games won’t open/load will newer router fix this problem ours is 4 years old----not sure how this impacts the router. Are they not opening because you can't get them downloaded, are they not opening because the xbox doesn't work, how exactly does this apply to the router or why do you believe the router is the issue?
