Most routers have a wifi button to turn on and off wifi.
Pick a router you're interested in then locate the manual and check it.

That is not a Netgear model. It is a wifi standard.
So do what searay suggests.
Decide on what you want the router to do, find a model that has those features, then check that it has an off/off switch for the wifi.

Mine too.
To repeat, NETGEAR Wireless-N 150 DSL is not a modem model. It is a standard for wireless.
Perhaps you mean this one:
WNR1000 | WiFi Routers | Networking | Home | NETGEAR
It is the only N150 router in Netgear's current range. (That is an old and slow wifi standard.) The model number is WNR1000.
Start here:
Wireless Routers for Home | NETGEAR
Check the features you want. Consult the manuals for those that look good.

Re: which model of router have a wifi on/off button
Is that true for wifi? Or just the whole box?
I have an old wifi range extender that seems to lack this feature, which is understandable, but four other boxes have wifi on/off switches.

Re: which model of router have a wifi on/off button
Before implementing this feature there are more urgent matter to attend such as
Readyshare direct config thru the OS and truly multi-user
Netgear Genie complete rework, lighter more efficent and mapping the entire network
LAN config and QoS
are among the urgent stuff to solve!

Re: which model of router have a wifi on/off button
OK so....
i have followed comment that was said.
First I have realized that most of you are from Europe, me I am in Canada, the law are not the same and here in not a requirement to have an on/off WIFIbutton on the cover for the router.
I have done some research to be sure that all net gear rooter has an on/off button. I look at the model N150 and find a lot of places that said the N150 has this button. You can see it on this picture http://www.asbis.cz/netgear-n150-wifi-router-wifi-on-off-wps-and-power-button-cz-sk-hu-sl-ro-gui-_ie... and I have seen it on other youtube review video.
I have ordered from Amazon.ca, https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B001UI4RTG?ref_=pe_1822470_153573050_E_Asin_Title. When I received it I was surprised to see that it did not have this feature. We can see in the picture that it is not there.
Is net gear having different standards for different countries ?
my new question is
What model in Canada has an on\off WIFI button ???

WNR1000V3 has the button from what I can see when referencing the Product Data sheet and it's picture.

Re: which model of router have a wifi on/off button
Correct.
Unless Netgear makes crippled modems for Canada, it is clearly described on page 4 of the manual:
The button on the right-hand side at the front.

That seems likely. The newest version is v4.
JWNR2010v5 N300 Wireless Router User Manual - N150_N300_Wireless_Router_UM_EN.pdf
No sign of a wifi button in the pictures of that one:
Generic_N150_N300_Wireless_Router_QSG_Color_08Aug2014.pdf
Maybe Netgear is removing this feature from new devices.
