latest firmware update, now web interface doesn't work

Just bought a new ProSafe 24. Got it set up and configured with a management address on our network. Firmware was at level .40, figured I would install the latest .43 before it was put into service. Firmware loaded fine, got the 'switch restarting' message and browser closed as expected. Now can't login, get message on Firefox and Google that 'connection was reset'. I can ping the address just fine.
Documentation says .43 disables the old Config utility, so don't have another way to get into the switch.
Any suggestions?

The standard Microsoft solution fixed it (power off/on). Thanks all.
Serves me right for trying to do it remotely...

Ok, assigning a fixed IP config is the way to go on the Smart Managed Plus devices - as the management VLAN can't be restricted, and DHCP can pick ip a config from any other VLAN.

For some unknown reason, the Web UI does not come up.

Factory reset - no better idea.
