Stora loses connection to my Network every week.
My stora works perfectly most of the time, however every Sunday it disappears from my network and I have to manually reset it. My router is a Virgin Superhub 2 and every thing else on it works fine.

Hi @mwtheplumber,
1. Did you setup the Power Timer option?
2. What is the firmware version of the Stora?
3. Was this always the case?
4. Have you tried resetting the Stora?

Dexter

Re: Stora loses connection to my Network every week.
Hi @mwtheplumber,
1. The firmware version can be found on Preferences > About Stora (lower left hand corner).
2. When did you start experiencing the issue?
3. Did you recently make any changes to your network setup and/or Stora settings?
4. Have you tried using another router?
5. When you say it disappears from the network, does it turn off or just lose the IP address?
6. Have you tried using another cable and/or port on the router?
Regards,
Dexter

Re: Stora loses connection to my Network every week.
Dexter, Sorry for the delay, I thought I had answered this.
1. See attached picture.
2. A few weeks ago, after I installed a couple of new drives.
3. No.
4. No I don't have another router.
5. Appears to lose the IP address and has a red cross next to the drive shares in windows explorer.
6. No but I will do so and let you know if this improves it.
