A6100 not getting proper AC speeds (connecting at 86mbps)
Hi,
I am fairly lost here, as this is my first AC device on my network. Through my ISP, I have the NetGear C6250 router and just put in the A6100 dongle to take advantage of it.
It connects fine and acknowledges it is connecting via AC, however it's only connecting at 86 mpbs, which is close to N speeds.
For debugging, I have switched my phones of the 5 ghz, so the only device using that antenna on the router is my desktop, I've rebooted both router and desktop, same speed. My desktop has line of sight, sitting 5m from the router.
I've tried searching for additional settings for the driver as well as on the router without luck.
Any ideas? Defect adapter perhaps?
Thanks in advance
/Lars

I have however returned the dongle asuming it was faulty, as my Samsung S5 could achieve better connection to my NAS:)
