GS308v3 drops connection after reboot
My GS308v3 connected to router drops connection a few minutes after reboot. First, works on all connected devices, then drops out. No device recognizes connection.
Router also connected to and iMac via ethernet cable. and they communicate connected to router through second port
Set up:
Router 1, main, connected by coax to Router 2.
Router 2, port 1 connects to Switch via ethernet cable.
Switch connects to 7 devices: 1 Apple TV, 3 Sonos, 3 separate ports
Router 2, port 2 connects to iMac
Faulty switch?
Thanks for any help--

Re: GS308v3 drops connection after reboot
Welcome to the community! 🙂
It is possible that its a hardware fault. I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime. Let the NETGEAR Support Team do a hardware check on it. If it has been proven faulty, be ready to submit a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase of the GS308v3 for warranty verification. If ever the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will follow.
