1.3 TB of snapshots I cannot find to delete

I am running out of space on my device, and the GUI is showing that I have over 1.3 TB of saved snapshots. However, when I browse the share, they all show 0 snapshots, even in recovery mode. Please help. I have a ReadyNas 2120 and am running Firmware 6.4.0

backup all your data to external drives

then do a fresh factory default reset and create new folders without snapshot before u copy data back to 2120

You could try a balance.  It'd probably be best to upgrade to 6.4.1 beta before doing that though.

It could be that you have some snapshots that were not upgraded when you updated to 6.2.0 (or later).

# systemctl stop readynasd
# touch /.force_snapshots_upgrade
# systemctl start readynasd
