First of all, creating a 2x2TB RAID-0 volume is not a great idea. If either drive fails, you lose the entire volume. jbod is safer.
What you should have done is change to flexraid before you inserted the new disk. Then you could have chosen either jbod or raid-0 when you inserted the new drive.
Unfortunately that is not possible now. You need to back up your data, do a factory reset, then reconfigure the NAS and restore the data.
