Admin access to domain user share on readynas 2100

Is there a way for a domain admin to access domain user shares without having to log in to a device as that user? i send pc backups to these shares but i want to be able to manage backup files and overall disk usage on the readynas.

You can configure it thru file level permission. It means that you can configure the sercurity of each folder in the NAS thru the AD. All you have to do is to grant the domain admin access to all domain users shares.
