Hi A_Hjulstad,

Are these home folders from local users or ReadyCloud users?

Can you check please if backing up shared folder gets the same results?

Welcome to the community!

The users are local. Backup of regular shared folders works flawlessly. As I also have issues with the Amazon Drive backup, it looks like the best solution is to avoid using the home directories.

Hello A_Hjulstad,

Did you enter the username and password of the owner of the share when you set up the Backup Job?
