Cannot Read Hard Disks Health Data
I have both 312 and 2120 using 6.2.3 firmware
going into "performance" and placed cursor over the green dots the drop down tab could not show the full details of the hard disk. all the time it has been truncated showing 2 parameters.
is this the same for u?

Re: Cannot Read Hard Disks Health Data
Have you tried to log-out/login to the web-GUI of both your NAS?
Have you tried using other browsers like Firefox or Safari?
Have you tried rebooting both of your NAS?

Re: Cannot Read Hard Disks Health Data
Just an update, we have an RN316 that was reverted back to v6.2.2 and the disk health status shows fine when I go to System > Performance then point the cursor to the green dots of each drive. Currently, I have just finished updating it again to v6.2.3. I went to System > Performance then point the cursor to the green dots of each drive and still it shows the disk health status just fine. By the way, I am using Chrome to access the web-GUI of our RN316.
Can you post a screen shot of what it shows on your end.

Re: Cannot Read Hard Disks Health Data
You can scroll if you have a mouse with a middle button. Not as well designed as it should be IMO.
The other option is to download the logs - full SMART stats are found in there.
