Cannot see Netgear ReadyNAS RN104 content in My Shows

Cannot see Netgear ReadyNAS RN104 content in My Shows
I archived some TiVo shows to my Netgear ReadyNAS RN104. The shows seemed to archive fine and I can see them through the Netgear interface. But I cannot see the archived shows on the ReadyNAS in My shows. Also, I can't see the ReadyNAS as a device under My Shows.

I have Samsung Smart TVs on the network. They can see the ReadyNAS fine. They also see apps on the ReadyNAS such as PLEX and DVBLink.
Also, the cable modem/router is a Netgear AC1750. I have a regular harddrive attached to it as ReadyShare. Both of theTiVo boxes and the Smart TVs can see the Netgear ReadyShare, but only the Smart TVs can see the ReadyNAS.
Does anyone know why I can't see the ReadyNAS under the TiVo My Shows?

By the way, I am running version 6.2.0. I had upgraded to 6.2.2, but it seemed to cause network instability with the ReadyDLNA Service. So I went back to 6.2.0.

Restarted the TiVo boxes and it works - they can now see the ReadyNAS.
