Case# 16283688 Readynas 1100 Can not access shares
Our ReadyNAS stopped working, and now we can not access any share.
I can use Raidar in order to browse and view the settings, all seems ok, but I can't access the shares.
when I enter the admin window, I keep getting: new alerts detected, please visit logs.
I downloaded the logs, please tell me which one to paste. *note: they all seemed to be dated 2009 for some reason, even that the NAS is time synced correctly.
Thanks for any help.

Do you have a current and complete backup?
On the home page of Frontview what does it say about the volume?
On the volumes sections, volume settings page, what does it say about the volume?

What kind of backup?
As for volumes, on the radiator most of the information is missing. only version is there 4.16

I take it then that all of your data resides on the 1100 with no copies on any other device or media.
You should open a technical support case on line. Once you have the case #, edit your first post and add the case # to the subject line.

I am not on support contract. How can I open one than?
All I am trying to do is access my files 😞
When I open raidiator, all I see is: MAC address, Host Name, IP - all the rest of the information is empty.
Should I try and update to 4.1.7? I can't even reboot the machine with the GUI (not alone, I don't know how to access it via SSH)

Re: Case# 16283688 Readynas 1100 Can not access shares
Update
I have enabledsshroot to see what's in the heart and brain.
It's so weird. When cd / I can see APP -> /c/APP, but this folder is gone when I try to access it.
In the lost+found, data is empty.
If I df, I get
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hdc1 2031872 420640 1611232 21% /
the numbers are weird, as I only have about 21% of free space.
du is not promising also.
Where is my data than?
did I loose it?
Can I recover somehow?
thanks
