DUO does not boot (green lights alternate, no blue, fan max)
Hi any help would be appreciated. I have a ReadyNAS Duo that is a few years old and has been rock solid. However, due to a move, my unit had been turned off for about a month. Now, when I try to restart with the power button, it turns on, but I cannot access the drive:
- Fan is loud/sounds like it's on max
- The green lights about the "1" and "2" which have a steady blinking back and forth pattern, alternating between the two.
- No other status lights are present (I think there used to be either a blue/and or yellow light when it was working)
- I've let it run overnight and still the same loud fan and blinking lights
- Tried to hold the reset button while powering up, but that has not helped.
- I have not tried the 30 second reset button hold, and would like to get some suggestions before doing the factory reset
Thanks!
