I have a readynas 314 that says Degraded volume but doesn't say in the log which drive is broken or what is going on.Can somebody help me please.
Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

I send the email twice, any luck with it?
mdstat.log indicates one of the disks (disk 1) is faulty and this is corroborated by errors in e.g. systemd-journal.log
