Device is Offline... But RAIDar Status is healthy

Once I downloaded the latest firmware, and upgraded my Readycloud account... When I log on to my account using the internet browser or menu bar tab on my MAC, it is saying that it cannot locate my device because it is offline. But the RAIDar is able to locate it. Please help.

Can you download your logs using RAIDar and send those in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

When I try to select the Download logs, it says that ‘my netgear storage is not accessible from this computer. Check your network settings’. Then when I press okay, I get a message that says “Not a valid User Name or Password.

You need to use the 'admin' account (no quotes). Is that the account you tried to use to download the logs?
