Drives are not spinning in the ReadyNas NV+

It doesn't sound like my drives are spinning up - Is there anything I can do? Could it be a power supply that I need to replace? Looking for any ideas - I tried re installing the Firmware - nothing has helped!!

Please make sure that the disk spin down option in the frontview (under performance) is not enabled.
