File Permissions
We have several shares that we have set up as Default Access Read/write, allow guest access, Automatically set permissions on new files and folders and do not allow acl changes to be more restrictive than this and group and everyone rights set to read/write.
the issue is that after the back up job runs the folders are set to Everyone with nothing checked fo rcontrold root (Unix group
root) and rood (unix user\root) and nothing can be copied into the directories via windows. Once I reset permissions via advanced options I can then edit the directories, but I have no idea what's causing that?
Any ideas how to fix?
