Help....I can access configuration but not my files :-(
My windows 10 PC undertook an auto update and since then Ive been unable to access drives mapped on my readynas or files stored on it.
I can access the Readynas config using Raidar tool. Ive checked and I am on the latest firmware release.
The error message I get is:-
"Restoring Network Connections
An error occured when connecting z: to the \\192.168.0.198\Files
Microsoft Windows Network:A specified logon session does not exist. It may have already been terminated.
This connection has not been restored."
Ive tried...
1. rebooting PC
2. rebooting readynas
3. rebooting router between the two
4. Updating readynas firmware
Please can someone help me with some advice and guidance ???
Thanks
Geoff

Start by going into windows credential manager and enter a nas username/password for 192.168.0.198

I had the exact same problem at home today - I tried all the things you mentioned. I have a windows 10 PC.
I fixed it by going to Settings>Network & Internet>WiFi Advanced Options and turned "Make this PC Discoverable" to On.
I can now access my mapped drives.
I hope this helps.

I'm glad it worked. Is your network type set to "private"? If so, it should have already been enabled.
