How to uninstall SSH access?
Hello,
I have a ReadyNAS Duo V2
My ReadyNAS Photos II didn't want to start. The blue icon kept turning and nothing happened.
Somewhere on the forum I read I should install SSH-access to solve this problem. I installed it but was not able to solve the problem.
Finaly I solved the problem by an OS-reinstall through the Boot-menu.
Somewhere else on the forum I read that my warranty can be void by installing SSH-access and that's not what I want.
Is there a way to uninstall the SSH-access?
Greetings Yammax

Re: How to uninstall SSH access?
The warranty isn't void.
Netgear could deny you software support if the issue you might have is related to a wrong use of ssh.

Re: How to uninstall SSH access?
Even if you were to disable SSH access, if you broke stuff earlier using SSH, support *could* be denied.
If you backup your data and do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) full software support would be restored.
