License Key Activation Reset
Our ReadyNAS crashed and we had to replace all the drives and I was unable to export our license keys. Now we are trying to activate the camera licenses, but it keeps giving the error
License activated failed. Error code: 11.
I have done Google searches and looked through the Netgear forums. It seems this is a common problem and Netgear simply needs to allow our license keys to be activated again.

Can someone please reset our licenses so we can activate them again?

The licenses has been reset already. You may now re-use the license keys.
