Missing share, 16770548
Hello.
I am new on this forum. I have a problem and I hope you can help me all.
Last week I bought a Netgear Readynas Ultra 6 with 3x 2TB Hard drive.
After installing an Xraid 2 I removed the out of the box shares 'media' and 'backup' because I only want to use one share. (Removed them by using front view).
I made a new share, named OpenShare. I moved 800Gb of valuable data into this share.
After that, I installed a 4th drive for dual redundancy. This took about 3 days to finish.
Yesterday, after he was finished striping, I turned the Readynas down.
This morning I started the Readynas and when I wanted to connect to the Openshare, It didn't work.
I went to Frontview, and I saw that there was no OpenShare anymore?!
If i looked at the volumes, he says that the 800GB of valuable data is on the disk (21% of 3.8GB used).
The shares 'media' and 'backup" are back again (?!) but they contain no data.
What to do? I hope you will help me, because the data in this share is really important to me.
Thank You. I hope to hear from you soon.

They (NetGear) support should be able to help. Since the space is still showing as used on the volume the data should still be there.
