Moving drives from NVX to newer ReadyNAS?
Let's say I configured an NVX and put all my data on it and am so happy with it, that I decided to get another ReadyNAS -- probably a 6-bay NAS. I spent a lot of time configuring the NVX and getting the data on there. Is it possible for me to just pull the drives out of the NVX and put them into a newer 6-bay NAS -- performing a "brain transplant" to the newer box? (Leaving the NVX as a potential Replicate target?)

Yes, that'll work fine. There's a recent thread on this subject (with instructions on what to do) here: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=55313&p=313696
