new netgear ax1800 just installed. when plugged into ethernet, the readynas program RAIDar gives me the correct 192.168.0.107 address that NAS always has had but also gives me a 169.254.xxx.xxx IP address that changes and is not fixed. when i unplug ethernet from the laptop, the RAIDar program only gives me the 192 address. but you cannot get to it thru a browser nor does it show up in file explorer so i cannot do my backups over wifi as i always have.
while plugged into ethernet you can enter the 169 address and get to the NAS both thru browser and file explorer. under my network and sharing center i confirmed network discovery is on private and public.
also in the router setup under attached devices it correctly says the NAS is at the 192 address.

figured it out . hit reset dhcp on the NAS and it gave it a new IP address and now i'm in with the new address. it also works thru the browser interface too.
