Apologies for the time taken to respond to this post. After the initial post in the welcome thread it is recommended to make a new post describing your issue.
I have noticed your case and fixed your system.
I did notice the connection was dropping in and out. Not sure if that's an issue with your internet connection or something else.
You could power off the NAS and try another factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) and it should work this time.
