NV+ stays for 30 hours in Sync

Hi,

I have a NV+ with 3 Seagate 31000333AS drives 1000 GByte and tried to expand with a 2000 GByte WDC WD20EFRX . RAIDar sometimes finds the NAS and shows the state "Laufwerk C: RAID LEVEL X, Initialisierung 49% abschließen, Verbleibende Zeit 13 hr 11 min, Geschwindigkeit 30MB/s, 1800 GB (97%) von 1845 GB benutzt"
This is the state since 30 houers.
For the new drive the state is "WDC WD20EFRX-68AX9N0 1863 GB, 0C/32F [Initialisierung, Verbleibende Zeit 13 hr 11 min]

The NV+ display says "DISK 4 SYNC". and the LEDs from DISK 3 and 4 are blinking.

There is now access to the data from an extern computer.

Shall I reboot the NAS?

Thanks for your answer.
I have no access to the NAS. Frontview does not reply, only timeouts. Even RAIar finds the NV+ seldom.
