RN102: cannot enable Time Machine without volume
Hello,
I have problem with my ReadyNAS RN102 and Time Machine. When I want to enable it, this error appears:
Cannot enable Time Machine without volume
Code: 7062030001.
I have two HDD WD RED 3 TB inside, both are as JBOD and fully functional.
Firmware 6.1.5
Time Machine were working like a charm before I replaced both HDDs. First I moved data from second HDD to the first one. Then I
replaced second HDD and moved data to it from the first HDD. Then I replaced first drive, that should serve for Time Machine
and backup some important folders from the second drive. But now I'am not able to start Time Machine.
Any ideas? I have tried turn on and off all services, repair permissions and so on without success. I know that factory reset should
solve this problem, but I don't want to copy 1,5 TB of datas to external drive...
Thank you!

Re: RN102: cannot enable Time Machine without volume
Is one of the volumes named data?
I don't use TM, but there are some apps that assume the default volume name.

Re: RN102: cannot enable Time Machine without volume
Did you try to switch it off and on again ? Maybe it just needs to detect the new volume and recreate a new folder.

Re: RN102: cannot enable Time Machine without volume
Renaming a volume is not something we would support. Are you also having the issue with Time Machine mentioned above? What version of ReadyNAS OS are you running?
