RN10400 firmware upgrade to 6.7.4 does not complete
Upgraded RN10400 from 6.7.1 to 6.7.4 via the Netgear Download page. Upgrade taking a very long time (2.0 hours so far and still going) with display showing "Booting 99%". Power LED is blinking and Activity LED shows activity. RAIDar shows the 2 active disks, firmware version as 6.7.4 with a status of "Management Service Offline". Thoughts from the experts please who provide such terrific information to us newbies?

Further investigation shows that my ASUS laptop Windows 10 can see the NAS through File Explorer and open individual files. It just appears the upgrade won't complete.
