RN2120 Management services offline. #26616754
Hello,
My problem started with my RN2120 showing the error "management services offline". I contacted support and they advised to set the device on "tech support mode" which I did. Upon calling them back, they advised me to give my device a reboot. When the device started up, I noticed that the "raidar" software showed the device as "upgrading" for a few minutes then suddenly loses contact with it.
I'm still able to ping the device, but it will not show up on the "raidar" software. I'm not able to reach it through admin management page either.
Firmware version was 6.2.4, version showing now is 6.4.2, but never properly boots.
Any advise? I've waiting for a tech support call back for the past two days.

Hello TTBH,
For now, you cannot really do anything. I suggest NOT to change anything on the NAS like removing the disks, you need to get the L3 support back to continue working on it.
