Read Only and Read-Write
Hi All,
Just purchased a Readynas Ultra4 and trying to configure access control for my files and users. When I have my folders configured as "read only" and log in with the specific user, that user still has full control over that directory and sub-directories. How does this work if I have read-only configured on that specific folder?
If I disable the folder access this works without a problem.
Any information is much appreciated
Thanks
Chris

What is the configuration that you have on the share? (Guest access? Advanced settings?)
What protocol are you using?

Re: Read Only and Read-Write
I haven't ran into that specific issue. What firmware are you running on your box?
