Ready NAS314 LUN shared folders missing

I have missing LUN shared folder on Ready NAS 314. Can you please assist to solve.

i have attached download file.  The Shared folders missing around April 2020.

I'm not seeing any attachment.

This is an ISCI LUN?  Or is it a shared folder?

Please don't post your log zip file publicly - there is some privacy leakage.  I've redacted your link.

I did take a quick look, and there are issues being reported with the RAID array.

Jun 04 14:54:59 nas-6E-01-E6 kernel: md/raid:md127: not enough operational devices (2/3 failed)

Not sure what is causing that.

I suggest contacting paid support (via my.netgear.com) for this.  Alternatively, send a private message to the mods ( @JohnCM_S and @Marc_V ) with your dropbox link, and ask them to analyze.  Use the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum to send the PM.

If you have a backup, then another path is to do a factory default, rebuild the NAS, and then restore the files from backup.  Though it would be wise to test disks 2 and 3 using vendor tools in a Windows PC first (seatools for seagate; lifeguard for western digital).

Kindly send me the link through PM. Gearhead PPI contracts will be honored by Gearhead Support. If it needs escalation it will not be possible.

You will need to purchase a PPI contract from NETGEAR  Prosafe support. Contracts for ReadyNAS is different from Gearhead
