ReadyCloud Not showing Shares after Ver 6.2.2
A customer of mine has the above unit. Upgraded firmware to 6.2.2 and since cannot see any any share folders on ReadyCloud. And because of this cannot add remote users to shares using ReadyCloud. ReadyNAS Remote worked perfectly until doing away with it and going to ReadyCloud. Please advise????? Tried turning off ReadyCloud in the Admin Panel then turning it back on. Still nothing. The ReadyNAS showing in ReadyCloud but no shares (folders).

try forwarding port 6300 on the NAS.

Thanks. Tried but still nothing. In ReadyCloud it says "No Volumes or USB Disks" Any other suggestions?

Are they using the right ReadyCloud app? If you aren't sure, ask them to reinstall from https://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html
