Hello, I work for a large company that purchased about 50 NAS last year. In the past couple of months we have been having issues where the NAS will not stay on the network. We bought it to backup very imporant information we it keeps going down and that is not working for us. The NAS stays on it just loses the network connection. I have a case with support and I was told that the Engineers are looking at it but days and weeks are going by and as I wait for an answer more and more of our NAS are losing the network. If I reboot the NAS it comes back on the network. But after a while it will lose it again. Can anyone help as anyone seen this issue before?
