ReadyNAS 204 data DEGRADED
I received the message "data DEGRADED", and it seemed as disk 3 was not working. So I replaced it, but I get the same message: "data DEGRADED", and disk 3 is not visible.

Re: ReadyNAS 204 data DEGRADED
Welcome to the Community!
Have you tried reinserting the drive? It should have a "click" when you insert it, please do a reboot as well. If you have properly inserted the drive, kindly check if the drive will be detected when connected to a PC. You will have to use an enclosure to do this though.
If all is well with the disk then we may need to contact Support to check the SATA if it has any problems. If you are still in warranty then RMA will be provided to you upon contacting Support and verifying that the issue is with the NAS.
HTH
