ReadyNAS 2100 VLAN Broken

I am unable to get VLANS to work on my ReadyNAS 2100. Does anyone know the solution to this? I have updated, done factory defaults and everything else with no luck.

If you download your logs (Status > Logs > Download all logs), what are the contents of bios_ver.log ?

Your BIOS is up to date. Have you tried contacting support (see Online Submission link in my sig).

I did but it seems I am just outside of my 90 day limit and they want to change like $300 just to help me.
