ReadyNas 104 500 error

i can see folders which i cannot in GUI that all the folders we had before OS re install but i cannot go into

i can go into folder and can see data

how i can access and backup this data

There are two approaches.

1. Use WinSCP and then connect to the NAS using SFTP.  Log in as root, using the NAS admin credentials. 
2. Attach a USB drive to the NAS and copy off the data using linux commands.

good new is i am copying data using winscp to remote share that will takes couple of hours but we will have data , i will be posting any issue , Thank you very much every one who supported me in restoring data, thanks once again
