i can see folders which i cannot in GUI that all the folders we had before OS re install but i cannot go into

There are two approaches.
- Use WinSCP and then connect to the NAS using SFTP. Log in as root, using the NAS admin credentials.
- Attach a USB drive to the NAS and copy off the data using linux commands.

good new is i am copying data using winscp to remote share that will takes couple of hours but we will have data , i will be posting any issue , Thank you very much every one who supported me in restoring data, thanks once again
