Looks like you may have the start of a hard drive problem. Do you have a current backup?
What's your drive configuration?

So with one drive failing, you just need to obtain a replacement for drive #1. Secure a back if you haven't done so already.

Well, if you can't access the shares, then it's not just a matter of popping in a replacement drive.
Do you have a backup of the data?

My bad, I assumed that accessing the logs meant he had some level of access to the data...

No worries 😁 only access is via RAIDar 'log & 'Diagnostic' buttons

Re: ReadyNas 104 -Unble to access admin page and shares
Ok, so let's wait for Stephen to make a suggestion for next steps. At this point, we need to consider every step carefully, since it is x-raid I would assume a replacement drive sorts it out, but I don't have a RN104 and I don't use OS6, so let's be patient for someone that has experience with these.

Re: ReadyNas 104 -Unble to access admin page and shares
The safest path is to use paid support (my.netgear.com). Ask about per-incident support, that might be enough to get your raid volume mounted.
Netgear does offer a data recovery service if you need it - though data recovery is quite expensive (no matter who provides it). https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service
