I have ReadyNas 104 with 0s 6.1.5. The messaging system sent me a message saying that the antivirus could not update because it thought that the internet connection was interrupted. That wasn't quite true. Now I can not seem to get the antivirus to re enable. It's showing disabled, no matter how II try to re enable it.
If this does not help you could try an OS reinstall using the boot menu. An OS reinstall preserves data. Make sure you don't do a factory default - this will destroy your data.
