Reset Wasabi details ReadyNAS 314

I had a trial account for Wasabi and forgot all credentials.
I have now setup a paid Wasabi account however all credentials etc have changed.
Anyone know how to change these settings in Netgear NAS as the Wasabi app just disconnects instantly and I cannot delete or change anything.
Thanx
Mark

Hi @Vangoogle

Welcome to the Community!

Have you configured your new Wasabi Account for the access key and secret key? You should be able to toggle the On-Off switch of the Wasabi Cloud service on the Admin page of your ReadyNAS and it should ask you for the new keys and credentials.

Please see Wasabi Cloud service

Hope this helps!

Regards

Re: Reset Wasabi details ReadyNAS 314

When I activate it I dont get a chance to enter new keys I get the attached warning and when I try to open settings I get the error that Wasabi service is not running.

It seems to start, realise wrong logins creds and then stops....

HOWEVER I just discovered that on the apps/cloud page if I click LEAVE I get a warning regarding the details for Wasabi will be cancelled, then when I reopen Wasabi it asks for the new credentials.

🙂
