Simple Instructions? 2 computers - Squeezebox - 1 NV+

Hi all

Subject says it all:

Computers: 1 Mac and 1 Win XP Machine (each with an iTunes library)
NAS: NV+
Media Streaming Device: 1 Squeezebox Duet and 2 Squeezebox radios

The Task: Find a way to mirror the iTunes on the NAS so if the computers are off, we can still stream either's library onto the Squeezebox.

Is this possible?

I tried to search for other posts but they were with different NASs, only 1 library not 2, etc. Not sure if this is possible, but any advice or links to other posts would be really appreciated.

The new 7.7.1 LMS server can have more than one library configured.
I don't know about multiple iTunes libraries.
