The cloud synchronization does not work for me

 

Hello, I have a problem activating the synchronization services in the cloud. When I activate the service for example. "Onedrive" tells me that the service could not be started.

 

The onedrive log gives me this error:

Jan 31 09:50:38 Optimus systemd[1]: one-drive.service: Unit entered failed state.
Jan 31 09:50:38 Optimus systemd[1]: one-drive.service: Failed with result 'signal'.
Jan 31 09:50:39 Optimus systemd[1]: one-drive.service: Service hold-off time over, scheduling restart.
Jan 31 09:50:39 Optimus systemd[1]: Stopped One Drive Service client for ReadyNA

 

If I try to start the service, it does not give me error, but when I ask about "status" it tells me this:

The same if I try it with google drive.
 
To me it had worked and I did not know how to solve it.

After upgrading to the RC2 version onedrive it has begun to work.

What is the firmware running on your NAS?

 

You may want to try OS 6.9.3 BETA 2

I have this version, but the problem was also in the previous versions. In the first versions that incorporated this service I worked, but I'm not sure what it stopped working.

You may want to send in your logs if after updating to 6.9.3 you are still having the issue.
