Transmission directory instead of my files inside Work share

hi there

i'm a RNDU4000 owner. all working well... since i decided to try Transmission addon.
After the installation, i realized it created a "transmission" folder under webroot share, addons-config and work shares.

Work is a custom share i made in order to store files related to my job
Just guess my face when instead of my files i found only a "Transmission" folder showing up :evil:
It seems that Transmission deleted all folders&files under that share.
The media share is ok , the backup share is ok, another custom share i made is ok.

so...
1) i'm turning into terminator :twisted:
2) the NAS is showing 195GB of used space. this is not the size of the currently available file in the readynas, so it means that my "work" files are still there.. somewhere

can i recover them someway ?
it's a XRAID2 setup in raid5 with 4 disk (2gb each)

called the support but in 3 days no reply from techs.. (a part of upgrading firmware to latest beta)

i expected another kind of support from netgear, really disappointed.

solved just today. after 13 days , i've finally got my data back..
