USB_HDD_1 Remove from Shares
Hi All,
I have a share listed in my directory (usb_hdd_1) not listed in Frontview but listed in my Windows Directory, I dont have a USB plugged into my 316 NAS and would like it removing. When I try delete it it prompts for my username and password even when entered this does not clear the share.
Frontview has been updated to the latest version a few months ago, anyone got any ideas?

Re: USB_HDD_1 Remove from Shares
Is the windows user you are logged in as the same as a nas user that had permissions on the USB share?
Perhaps check windows credentials manager as well.

Did you have a USB hard drive plugged in at some point?
Have you tried rebooting?

Re: USB_HDD_1 Remove from Shares
Does the usb still appear in the GUI?
Try an OS reinstall via the boot menu if it is.

Not listed in Frontview GUI but listed within my PC Directory, I have also tested this on another PC and the directory has the same folder listed.

Re: USB_HDD_1 Remove from Shares
I believe it is already resolved in the next update.
Have you tried powering off the NAS, connecting the USB disk, powering on again then disconnecting the USB disk via the Dashboard?
