Unit stuck at calculating in the admin webpage #26274887

Just upgraded to 6.4.1 yesterday morning- Unit seemed fine and responsive but all fields that should show available space show Calculating...

This morning the unit had a K error showing and was not responsive over the network. Had user power it off and back on. Which got file share and iSCSI working again. Any reason why it would show calculating for so long. Found that iSCSI became non responsive at 3:38am this morning. Otherwise it is running great but do need it to show the actual free space.

Sorry forgot to mention this is a ReadyNAS 314.

If you have antivirus enabled, try turning it off.

You might try support (if you purchased a new unit after ~June 2014 you have lifetime free chat/email support).

Do you recall which firmware you updated from?

Unfortunately I can't view the logs attached to the case.
