Helo

I hope you can help me.

I have a problem with my ReadyNAS Nv+ V. 2. After the device has been turned off or rebooted the volume is missing.

Hi JackDC,
I checked logs, all disk smart is OK, but there is I/O error on sdb and sdc when system boot, so system didn't detect adb and sdc's partitions.

Maybe sdb and sdc are locked.
Please open a support case, then our support can remote access your NAS and check the problem.
