What is max iSCSI LUN size on 32bit NAS?

How much single file size supported on 32bit NAS? (nvx, 1500v1 and 2100v1)??

Download the logs (Status > Logs > Download all logs) and look in initrd.log. If the oldest RAIDiator version mentioned there is 4.2.12 (edit: or later, of course) then you have huge file support and can have iSCSI targets larger than 2TB. If the oldest firmware listed there is 4.2.11 or earlier you're still limited to 2TB and you'll need to backup your data, upgrade to 4.2.12 (or later) if you haven't already and do a factory reset to get huge file support.
The change in 4.2.12 for 32-bit systems is not mentioned in the Release Notes but it is mentioned in this thread: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=126&t=47087
