after update from 4.2.26 to 6.1.6 no access to setup page

I am at a loss. I updated my Readynas Ultra2Plus from RAIDiator 4.2.26 to OS 6.1.6 with the help of this topic http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=70133&p=389083#p389083 Everything seemed to be working fine but I cannot access the webUI. The strange thing is that RAIDar shows me the NAS up and running and even ReadyCloud finds it but I cannot access it in any way (tried already factory reset and reinstall over boot menu, SSH, and Joining my NAS over the cloud - which does not work as it does not register the press of the backup button)
