Is it possible to reactivate the volume given that the member disks are all still in tact?

Ouch.  Do you have a backup of the files?

Well, something obviously is wrong.  But it might be possible to mount the volume anyway - though it would be best to have that done by paid Netgear support.  It's possible that per-incident support would cover it.

Perhaps download the full log zip file, and then send a download link (dropbox, google drive, etc) to the mods ( @JohnCM_S , @Marc_V ) and ask them to take a look. Don't post the download link here - contact them using the PM (private message) facility by clicking on the envelope icon at the top right of the forum page.
