My RAID 6 volume became inactive after system was gracefully shutdown/rebooted.
-No errors prior/during the system boot have been logged.
-volume was built as raid6 array over 6x1TB disks
-ReadyNas 316 is running on 6.10.2 fw

Is it possible to reactivate the volume given that the member disks are all still in tact?

Well, something obviously is wrong. But it might be possible to mount the volume anyway - though it would be best to have that done by paid Netgear support. It's possible that per-incident support would cover it.
Perhaps download the full log zip file, and then send a download link (dropbox, google drive, etc) to the mods ( @JohnCM_S , @Marc_V ) and ask them to take a look.
