user export from NV+ and import into Pro 6 fails

I am trying to upgrade from an NV+ to a Pro 6.
I exported the user list from the NV+ and attempted to import this into a Pro 6 but get an error.
It seems that the userlist format might have changed between the two models?

Yes. It has changed. I tried exporting user list from NV+ and importing it into an Ultra 6 when I migrated but that didn't work for me either.
