I'm a little confused what the free-space map is showing? Is my 'used' space made entirely of Snapshots?

Can you post a screenshot of the share list that has the info of the protocols, snapshots, available and consumed?
Are you using the official 6.4.0 release? Have you checked other web browser?
What's the model number of the NAS and RAID level?
